Hi, Chickies!
Well, we've been open almost a month now. It has been such a fun time so far! We have someone new every day, and we are just loving it.
Our store is a family-owned, family-run business, so say hi to my mom (Penny) and daughter (Brooke) if you come in. Having a scrapbook store has always been a dream for me (Christine), and I am so excited for all of you to share it with me.
We held our first Hen Party on July 21 and had 18 lovely ladies join us. We are adding classes to our schedule a bit at a time, so definitely watch our calendar for those. So far we have a class for a cute wooden block, "boys will be boys"; a "No Rules Scrapbooking" class, Graphic 45 "ABC Primer back to school", and an Explosion box class.
I've got some gorgeous Christmas lines picked out, and hope to see some new product arriving in August. Can anyone say BoBunny and Websters pages? Oh, and Apple Cider from BoBunny has me drooling...I can't wait to get it in the store.
We are also starting a new contest for our customers August 1, called Scrap Genius! We know our customers are geniuses, so this is a chance for you to show it.
